Gold Lifetime Membership

A $12,500.00 fee provides annual membership for the life of the purchaser. The Gold Membership will allow the Original Purchaser to have up to three guests play free in their foursome only, will allow the Original Purchaser the free use of one golf cart when playing for themselves and the second occupant and the Original Purchaser will be exempt from any special fees or assessments if the Club should ever institute any. These last three rights are personal to the Original Purchaser, are not transferable and terminate should the Original Purchaser transfer the Lifetime Membership to play golf. However, the Lifetime Membership to play golf would be Transferable one time only to anyone the purchaser may choose. If the life membership were transferred, the original purchaser would no longer have any of the Lifetime Membership rights and these playing rights would vest solely in the transferee and the guest privileges, cart privileges and exemption from fees and assessments cease.

Lifetime Memberships are full memberships in every sense of the word, purchasing the same rights and privileges that the annual membership allows. Holders will be eligible for all member benefits including, tee time reservations, cart rental rates, and eligibility for all member tournaments and competitions.
